A new "Office of Cats" was opened.
It worked as a good information centre for their tourism and study.
An ash-covered Kamaneko (A stove cat. Having little hair because it was born in summer) was added to the office for political correctness.
He suffered from harassment from his colleagues and was deprived of his data book one day.
While he wept for a day, the Lion watched them and ordered that the Office of Cat be closed.
"You are as yet far behind the stage of having an office!" said he sternly.
"I half agree with the Lion," was the last comment by Kenji.
(The same thing could be said if field researchers on tourism neglect human right affairs.)
