YPU-UPN) Student Exchange Memorandum signed 4 Nov. 2005
2005/05/11
I put this memorandum for the second time because the earlier version
did not have the articles 10 and 11.
This is a copy of the memorandum signed in November 2004
in Yamaguchi. It is similar to those memoranda signed between other
universities, but there was some discussion between Vice-rector Iriarte
Angel on UPN's part, and Prof. ANKEI on YPU's part.
We agreed to add a phrase "in principle" to Artcle 7.
It implies that students will pay tutions only for their homeland
university, with the only exceptions of supplementary classes or courses
of languages.
